    Before we begin the headlight restoration, the headlights are cleaned to fully cleanse the surface.

  • Adjacent Body Panels Are Masked Off

    Masking tape is applied to body panels near the headlights.

  • Headlights Are Wet Sanded (If necessary)

    1000 grit to 3000 grit sand paper is used to remove contaminants. This step is performed if the headlights are heavily oxidized or cloudy. *Not all headlights will need to be wet sanded for optimal results.

  • Machine Polisher Is Used to Polish Headlights

    A machine polisher is used to remove sanding marks, and polish headlights to a clear like new finish.

  • Ceramic Coating Is Applied

    Headlights are protected with a ceramic coating, to avoid cloudy / hazy headlights in the future.
